Noelle Seraphine is a licensed tattoo artist and owner of Love Letter in Saint Paul, Minnesota. She has been tattooing since February 2015 and specializes in illustrative black and grey tattoos.

Noelle is grateful for tattooing for the day-to-day creativity it brings to her life and for the wonderful people she gets to meet while tattooing!

When she’s not tattooing, she enjoys being distracted by nature, taking artsy pics of things that make her smile, seeking joy, writing little poems, being around the folks she adores, and working on growing in positive ways as a human.

Noelle takes a trauma-informed approach to tattooing, which means that safety, choice, collaboration, trustworthiness, and empowerment are at the forefront of her sessions with clients. She understands how our past can affect our present and seeks to offer peaceful, relaxing sessions for her clients.
